Welcome!

It’s Time to Nurture Your Whole Being, Starting with Your Body.

You and your body? It’s been a rollercoaster ride

From stress, trauma, dieting, body image challenges, illness, and all of the messaging around what it means to be beautiful in our modern world…

It’s no wonder you might unknowingly try to escape your skin every chance you get

With work.

With social media.

With food and wine.

With sex.

With shopping.

Because, well, it’s uncomfortable to be with yourself fully.

To look at your body.

To feel your body.

To experience lingering pain.

To face the truths you don’t want to admit.

This is something so many of us do - in fact, it’s something I used to do before I found a way to completely shift my relationship with my body.

Through a variety of practices, I went from fully operating from my headspace - in stress, anxiety, achieving, racing, doing - to residing in my body where I found stillness, ease, joy, and pleasure again.

When I finally experienced the difference…wow, a huge awakening and an even bigger desire to explore what it means to live embodied in order to help others do the same.

For over a decade, I’ve been an embodiment guide who uses tools inspired by mindfulness, yoga, dance and somatics to help you increase awareness and find what feels good and supportive for YOU!

This is not a one size fits all approach. We work together to get back in touch with your body's needs and desires so you can go on living your best life.

The world truly needs you feeling at your best!
