Meditation 101: Simple Techniques to Improve Quality of Life


Meditation is an important component of yoga and it’s easier than you might think. A consistent practice offers some of simplest yet most effective ways to improve your overall health and happiness.

Learn practical tools to:

  • build stress resilience
  • uplift mood
  • balance nervous, endocrine, and immune systems
  • reduce chronic pain
  • enhance mental focus and clarity

Get Unstuck:Yoga & Mobility


  • Does tightness get in the way of an easeful yoga practice?
  • Does stiffness or discomfort prohibit you from progressing in your practice?

There are simple effective ways to increase mobility beyond just stretching alone. Learn techniques to break up adhesions, trigger points, and release fascia through the use of foam rollers, lacrosse balls, blocks, and straps. You will be led through commonly challenging yoga postures to experience first hand the difference before and after practicing the mobility exercises.

Focus will be placed on increasing mobility specifically in the hips and shoulders, which will allow you to sit with less pain, move and perform better, and deepen your yoga practice. Come with questions about your own personal mobility challenges.
