Group Yoga Class

Ready to dive into a group class?  If you are already in relatively good health, taking weekly classes with a group will help build strength, flexibility, improve focus, uplift mood and manage stress. Bring a friend and help hold one another accountable for developing a consistent practice.

If you’re dealing with challenges that would make it difficult to jump into a group class consider starting with a private lesson first.

This class prioritizes present moment awareness and breath. I will provide many options for you to choose from to help best meet your needs on any given day. I also take requests for each class so I can teach what is most relevant for those in the room. As a trauma informed Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT, I seek to create a space that feels welcoming, inclusive, and supportive of our full selves.

What to Expect/Accessibility:

No experience is necessary and I am comfortable providing modifications for many common injuries and conditions. All ethnicities, body sizes and genders are welcome.  Please reach out by emailing with any questions or accessibility needs.
