I am a Certified Yoga Therapist with 1000 hours of training recognized by the International Associations of Yoga Therapists. I specialize in the therapeutic applications of yoga and mindfulness for common conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD.
I have over 1100 hours of teaching experience and 25 years of experience studying movement and dance.

I received a Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago, IL and an 800 hour Yoga Therapy Teacher Training from the Niroga Institute in Berkeley, CA.

You can find me teaching incarcerated youth at the Alameda County Juvenile Justice Center through the Niroga Institute, as well as weekly group classes, private and small group lessons, workshops, and teacher trainings throughout the bay area.
